Kathryn Downing was a wonderful realtor to work with! My husband and I have been looking for a second property/home for the last four years and we have encountered a variety of realtors in our journey. Kathryn stands out as exceptional because she is very professional, provides quick follow-up, is very responsive, and has excellent attention to detail. She was very helpful in guiding us through the buying process even though we met her as listing agent on a property we were interested in. I would highly recommend Kathryn if you are looking for a realtor that is knowledgeable and knows how to advise both buyers and sellers in the real estate process. Her level of customer service is unsurpassed!

I had the pleasure of working with Kathryn on the purchase of an investment property in the Gladwin area. I didn't know any agents in the area and lucky found Kathryn through a google search. I'm so happy I connected with her. She provided sound advice throughout the purchase process and even connected me with a excellent contracter to help with remodeling the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathryn to anyone looking for an excellent realtor to buy and and/or sell. A+++++

Selling a home can be a daunting experience. Kathryn’s knowledge and experience put us very much at ease and allowed for a smooth transition. She appreciated the quality craftsmanship we put into renovating our home on the Tittabawassee River and succinctly communicated that to the potential buyers. We even sold for more than the appraisal! We were very satisfied with her thoroughness and tenacity to get through the transition. We would highly recommend her to sell your home.

We were living in the state of Washington, trying to find property to build our dream cabin and we're having no luck. Stumbled upon some property and Beaverton Michigan and acted upon it immediately. Kathryn and Carolyn we're so easy to work with, very friendly, outgoing, listened to our needs wants wishes and desires and completely came through for us. Kathryn even went to the property and did a video walk through with us so that we could actually see what we were purchasing rather than just being surprised when we got here. From the beginning to the end Kathryn and Carolyn both made this process so simple. We are so happy to have worked with them and would do so again!

She was professional yet very caring to our needs. We had several obstacles throughout the selling and closing that she managed to closely follow to resolve all our issues. We thought this would be an easy process, however, the health dept changed/ revised the rules. Kathryn thru much research resolved all our issues. She did am outstanding job on the total sale.

Overall had a wonderful experience this summer in buying my cottage with realtor Kathryn Downing, she was very helpful. I live 1.5 hour from Gladwin and many transactions were completed via e-mail and all aspects were handled with complete professionalism. I am a full time real estate appraiser myself and would recommend Kathryn for all your "up-north" real estate deals.
