Wow Kathryn is on top of it all. She knows the market. Her communication skills were excellent. She had the answers to my questions and if she didn't she would find out the answer. Kathryn has so much positiveness and energy and honesty. I trusted her completely. She had great suggestions. Always a note or call reminding of dates and times. She gave me utilities phone numbers and West Branch water and Secretary of State to change drivers license. Resources for moving companies. Changing the locks on the condo. And many more things. Kathryn is my person! She was outstanding in helping me find and purchase my dream home. It is hard when you are faced with selling your parents' home of over 40 years, but Kathryn made this experience comfortable for me and my family.
