Heather very seriously listened to my desires and price range, and only showed properties that fell into those categories. When showing houses she went over the whole house and specifically looked at areas of concern. She recommended wonderful people to help with mortgage and inspection. She stayed in touch after I found and purchased a property, and was ready with helpful advice for a new homeowner! She was a helpful, kind resource through every step of the process, and got me into a home I adore at a great price. 10/10, if I ever sell she’s the first person I will call!

Heather was fantastic from day one. Hugely responsive which was what first drew me to her. Made lots of phone calls to make sure I was getting good deals on inspections etc, and explained things to me in a way that was very easy to understand. Being a first time home buyer I wasnt sure about a lot of it, and we definitely had some unusual things happen through the process. Heather was supportive through all of it, I believe there were several times she went above and beyond what her realtor duties covered. Would definitely use her the next time we decide to buy or sell a house, and recommend her when friends and family ask.

I would recommend Heather Witt to anyone searching for a home in the Bloomington-Normal area. I just purchased my first home ever, and I started off pretty uneducated in the process. Heather was the perfect person to work with! She broke down the entire process for me. From answering my basic real estate questions to recommending lenders, inspectors, and lawyers. Buying a house is the biggest purchase I’ve made in my life so far, and Heather made this HUGE step seem like a series of baby steps. Heather was always available and ready to help. Any time I wanted to look at a house, I would contact her, and we’d be there the next day (or even THAT day). She’s committed. She wants to learn your tastes, see what you like and dislike about a house, and get an idea of homes that you, personally, would love. I can be pretty particular about things, and Heather was ever-so-patient with me. She put no pressure on me to settle on a home that I didn’t love. We looked at PLENTY of homes until I found the one that was right for me. If you are a first-time home buyer, or just want to work with someone who will keep your best interests in mind, Heather is for you. I cannot recommend Heather Witt enough!
