Joyce was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the process. We looked for years before all the components aligned. Through those years Joyce guided us and showed us numerous houses. We couldn't have completed the process as smoothly and effortlessly without Joyce.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Joyce to find a home on the Shore. From our initial conversations to the closing table, Joyce was very professional. She has an extensive knowledge of the local markets and always made us feel like a priority. Joyce went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of throughout the entire process and she made sure that we were comfortable and happy with everything as it moved along.

Joyce helped us find a home under difficult circumstances. This was the first time we bought a house that was not new and the first time we moved in over 47 years. The whole process was very emotional and she patiently guided us through the whole ordeal. We had deals we could not move forward with but she was patient and supportive. A good portion of the time we were not in the area and she cheerfully worked with another member of the family. She was encouraging during this sometimes very exhausting and stressful experience of finding a home, never giving up on helping us. She zeroed in on our likes and dislikes, sometimes before we even realized what we really wanted.

I couldn’t have possibly had a better home buying experience with anybody else. Her knowledge of the market, experience, and ‘to the point’ attitude got me into the exact house I wanted in the quickest fashion possible. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone purchasing a home in South Jersey. I could never thank her enough !

My husband and I both sold our homes with Joyce. It was the lest painful experience ever. She is a true professional and a go-getter. Both our homes sold in a week. Definitely use her again.
