It is not enough to say I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Claiborne and Company. Megan and Aimee were extremely accessible and always kept us informed of showings. Megan and Aimee solicited feedback from every potential buyer and passed that info along to us as soon as they got it. The sell of our first home was exciting and very emotional. We bought this home with Megan just two and a half years prior as our starter home so we new not being there very long would be tough to really make a profit and of course say goodbye. We anticipated it taking a couple months atleast to sell but we had multiple offers within the first week and ended up closing like a month after listing! Even while working on contracts with people Megan and her team were still doing showings and open houses just in case something were to happen. They were on top of the ball during the whole process and they made it such an easy transaction. Not only did we make a good profit but she got to know our buyers background story a little and was able to share that with us which reassured us that our buyer would cherish the home just as much as we did.
