Navigating today’s housing market as first time home buyers is a daunting task. We had very limited knowledge about the home buying process let alone what we wanted in our first home. We reached out to Steve and immediately we felt so much better about figuring everything out. He always made himself available to us if we had questions or concerns. When we started to look at houses with him, we would take less than five steps on the property and he could tell us everything about the house from when the house was built to who built the house (I found the latter to be quite impressive) and everything in between. His knowledge and experiences with construction and real estate is unmatched. He was able to answer every question we threw at him. If there was ever a question that he was unsure of the answer, he would research it immediately and give us an answer within just a couple hours (and sometimes minutes). I can’t imagine we would have had such a great experience working with a different realtor. Thank you Steve for everything!
