Thanks to Steve Casalenda, the recently completed sale of my home was a smooth and easy experience completely free of any stress. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in explaining all the steps involved in the process from the market analysis, inspection, staging, and ultimate closing. There were a couple of repairs to be made and he had multiple professional contacts that I used who completed the work on time and at reasonable rates. I initially thought that I could sell the house on my own (and thus save a whole bunch of money!) after doing my own analysis and actually having someone who wanted to buy it. I ultimately wasn't comfortable doing it that way since I had never done it before and I would be out of town for 3 months. So I used Steve. Best decision I ever made! I actually netted more than $15,000 than what I was going to get if I did the FSBO! I would actually give Steve more stars if I could!
