Kelly Messmer Made Selling Seamless and Stress-Free

Kelly Messmer Did an Outstanding Job Selling Our Land Kelly did a fantastic job helping us sell a lower-value parcel of land that had its complexities. The property required approvals and had ongoing maintenance fees, which could have easily slowed the process down. Kelly stayed on top of every detail, navigated the approval requirements smoothly, and kept everything moving forward. She was proactive, responsive, and truly committed to getting the job done. We especially appreciated her professionalism and persistence in helping our charity successfully complete the sale. Highly Recommend! Dedicated & hardworking, Amanda Benson provided an above & beyond experience!

I thought selling my mom’s house would be very stressful, as I didn’t know at all how to go about it. I’m so glad I turned to Amanda and asked her to be my realtor. She made all the worries disappear, took control of the situation, and from the date it was listed to the date we closed was only 10 weeks! Amanda was a constant support and always there for us. She answered all of our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and negotiated the deal for us. She made us feel like we were more to her than just her clients. Amanda truly knows the market and her top notch professionalism, expertise, patience, availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness, is unparalleled. She exhibits every trait of a top quality real estate agent, exceeding every expectation I had and ones I didn’t even know I had. Additionally, and more importantly, she genuinely had our best interest at heart and that’s a rare find these days. This was my childhood home. Fantastic

I couldn't be happier with Kelly as my agent, she was professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile for me to get the home I wanted and I woukd recommend her to anybody who is looking for help finding their home. In this world of real estate you need someone like her on your side, she will take the time to find a house that you want so you can be less stressed out and focus on your every day life...and she won't stop till you decide on your dream home...Having her on my side was a great experience and I wouldn't use anybody else of I chose to upgrade on my current home...Trust her she is the best at what she does and she will help you with all your real estate needs.
