Our desire for more information from the purchasers was obtained for us. We reviewed our most desirable offers and countered per Dave's experience and advice. All worked out very well for us and our home purchaser! The closing process went flawlessly. Dave also assisted us in selecting our new residence and move support to get us into it. We have heard great reports from our former neighbors on how happy they are with the new owners! We have had ZERO problems / concerns with any aspect of our move! We feel so GREAT about our new residence and former neighborhood satisfaction with the new owners of our former home! All in all, we could not be happier for everyone involved!
