I have known Dan for more than 30 years, have bought and sold 5 times through him and would never use anyone else. He never disappoints. He can make a miracle out of difficult situations and uses his skills, contacts and know how to turn purchasing a home into a literal dream come true. One of his best attributes is his prompt attention and response to even the smallest requests and details.
