They are a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The wealth of knowledge and experience they have is incredible! Jason worked with us every step of the way from initial searching all the way to closing. What we really appreciated most is Jason is not afraid to speak speak his mind and always open for questions with honest answers. As first time home buyers we did not know all the things to look for in a home and during the searching process Jason pointed out every little thing good and bad. What is really nice about the home and what might turn into a big cost/annoyance sooner or later. To save this review from going on too long, we highly recommend them!

We have worked with Tiffany 3 times now! We bought, sold, and bought again with her as our agent. Each time, she went above and beyond making sure every detail was accounted for. We were first time homebuyers when we worked with her initially and had many questions and concerns. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Can't recommend her enough!

I began working with Tiffany and Jason while still in Arizona. From the first I felt they were genuinely focused on my stated needs, wants, price range and satisfaction, NOT simply on a closing. During that time both took me on zoom tours of listings and I appreciated that both were willing to point out positives and not so positives they were seeing that may not have been obvious to me in AZ and in addition when appropriate supplied info. related to potential resale. Both go beyond hearing, they actually listen. Not once did I ask a question of them that it was not promptly answered and I asked many about Rochester and services available here. Tiffany was my agent of record and her attention to detail is amazing. In the entire process there was not an error or delay and she and team assistant Cherie kept me up to date every step of the process. It was a pleasure to work with the three of them as they made what could have been an extremely grueling process FAR less so because of their professionalism.

Jason Carey is a superb real estate agent
Jason Carey is a superb real estate agent. He has been our real estate agent for 3 years through the buying and selling of three homes in Rochester. Jason incredibly knowledgeable, his is top-notch at his craft was superb (especially in negotiation), he is sincerely empathetic, he listens and is intuitive to your needs and desires, and is able to get the deal done. Excellent team to work with. Jason is an expert in the local market and was fun to work with! Relocating from out of state can be intimidating. We looked at 9 homes in 1 day and Jason helped us narrow down top contenders and quickly get us under contract the very next day on our favorite one.
