She is pretty much always available and she is so well connected that she has people for any project you can imagine. More than anything else, I could feel that he had our best interests at heart. He listened attentively as we shared our family's needs and desires. He was always respectful, patient, and kind, and never pushy. He shared his own perspective and experience thoughtfully, while trying to remove or minimize any bias.
