Linda was a professional. We met and she said right away, "your place will sell fast". We agreed at a higher price point and came up with a plan if the price didn't interest people. To my surprise I had 2 buyers wanting to put offers in the first day! I had already moved out so the house needed to be staged. She used a virtual staging program which looked so real. I loved the colors and style and it would be helpful if anyone wanted to decorate a home. Linda was very detailed and everything went so smooth. It was so fast and easy. We 1st met Dan approximately 3 years ago., when we were thinking about moving to Rochester. We contacted him last August to look at townhomes that were available for sale. We showed us very nice townhomes in various parts of the city. We told him what we would like and our price range. The last day he showed us 5 different townhomes. The last home was one that we really loved, but needed a few updates. The next day he called us wondering if we would like to build one. After much discussion with my husband, we decided to build a new one, since Dan told us we could pick out what we wanted in our new home. He was very professional, recommended a mortgage lender and was there every step of the way, when picking out items for the house. We would recommended him highly.
