Tiffany was very quick to respond usually within minutes or hours, or by the next day if it took longer to find information to answer our questions. She talked my husband and I through a lot of initial questions about the market and concerns about now being the right time to buy given that we may move again in a few years due to medical training. She shared her knowledge about the home buying process to help us make informed decisions about each home we looked at. She gave us insight into the Rochester market and how it works differently compared to other markets. We had several questions along the way and ran into a few unique situations, but Tiffany explained our options clearly to help us decide what path is best for us, our budget, and our future home. I loved that she allowed us to go as fast or as slow with the process as we wanted. She was kind and flexible throughout the whole process.
