Jason was able very reliable and was very professional throughout the process. Can not say anything but positive things about Dan. This is the second time that Inhave worked with him in the past 15 years and his professionalism shows through. He understands the needs that you have when we where looking for a new home 15 years ago in Rochester and helped us sell our home quickly and when I decidedly to sell my home 15 years later he was the only one I thought of to call and he didn’t disappoint. He was right there to help me sell my home in record time as well as provided a truck for hauling items. Also my son was looking for a townhome and Dan stepped right in and helped us look into that as well. Many phone calls back and forth all hours of the day, night, and weekend and I could tell he always did it with a smile and he always returned a call with an answer for me within 24 hours. I swear this man never sleeps. If you ever need a relator Dan Groteboer is definitely the Best of the Best to have by your side. Thank you Dan for being their for me.

We couldn't have happened upon a better realtor than Linda Gates. In the process of relocating from Oregon to Rochester, MN my husband phoned Linda about one of her current listings and we continued to work with her throughout our long, extensive home buying journey. She was patient with us while the rest of the family wrapped up the west coast affairs, held our hand throughout what we thought would be a home building experience, never hesitated to show us a potential property, made appropriate recommendations, and ultimately sold us our forever home in Byron. She is kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable not only of her profession but of the area as well. She made a very daunting and emotional experience so smooth and I'm a bit sad I won't get as many opportunities to interact with her. I've bought and sold a couple homes in my lifetime, and this was my first experience with REMAX / Tiffany & Jason Carey. Of the duo, Jason was our primary realtor and took care of our home sale. I am SO glad we had him to handle everything for us. The market has swung in our area a bit to more of a buyers market, and our buyers took absolutely no time causing trouble, making outrageous demands for unnecessary items, threatening to cancel purchase over minor details - items that were completed at their request, to their specification. They bypassed their own realtor constantly to call and have long talks with Jason instead. I'm all about flexibility, understanding and open communications, but there's a reasonable limit to it. Jason took care of filtering all of this for us, patiently. Problematic and troublesome/demanding buyer was turned from nightmare to annoyance through Jason's efforts. Don't know what we'd have done without him, and I'm so glad we had his experience, expertise and calm confidence throughout the whole process. End-to-end, we followed his advice and the home sale worked out exactly as he projected. My other realtor may have retired, but I have found my present and future choice for our home build or purchase next year for certain, we will be calling Jason and Tiffany first!
