Jason was very professional, but also friendly. He was very helpful with suggestions about repairs and painting. He was quick to negotiate with contractors and painters for us. We would highly recommend this team to anyone.

Jason was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! He got everything that we needed done to help us ready the house for sale. He connected us with excellent handyman to get the job done. He worked with our relocation company too which was very complicated but he made it easy. So grateful for everything he did. If you want a no hassle, super smooth process, he is your guy!!

In 2016, my husband and I built our dream home in Zumbrota, MN. Neither of us had any idea of how to do this, but Denel led us through every step. We couldn't understand why other people said building a house was so much work...she made it easy. In March 2020 my husband was offered a new position in St. Cloud and we had to make the difficult decision to sell our home. A week later the Coronavirus lockdowns started happening. Denel lead us through those issues with ease and great advice. We were able to sell our house on the first day it was on the market! We hope to move back to this area in a few years and Denel will be my first call. We highly recommend her and her wonderful team to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build. They are amazing!

Stop looking for another Realtor, and call Tiffany. Just do it. You could not imagine anyone with better knowledge of SE Minnesota, the market, the culture, the behind-the-scenes nitty gritty, and yet be so much fun to work with! Her attention to every detail of the home buying process was impeccable. We put offers on five houses sight-unseen because she was so thorough with her video call tours, and gave us such candid and honest advice (we lived out of state during the COVID shutdown). She is so personable and incredibly good at her job, that she makes it feel like your dear friend has your back every step of the way. She handled everything with perfection. So go call her. You won't be disappointed.

As a first-time home buyer, I was clueless and uninformed on the steps it takes to successfully buy a home. I was referred to Tiffany Carey by several medical co-residents from my hospital who also had the esteemed opportunity to work with her. Needless to say, Tiffany is really talented and incredibly passionate of her job, which is why she is so excellent at it! Firstly, despite my busy schedule as a medical anesthesiology resident, Tiffany worked around the clock 24/7 and on weekends to ensure she would always answer any of our questions and make the time for house showings. Secondly, Tiffany acts in the best interest of her buyer. While always acting objectively, she also offers her expert input on what she would do if she would be in our situation. Thirdly, she is very experienced in real estate and has all the important contacts; for example, she knew one of the best home inspectors in Rochester. She was also able to help us with utilities management during our move in process. She was also well-versed in the loan process that is typically pursued by incoming medical residents. We were able to make a closing on our house very quickly (within 1.5 months) while working with Tiffany which we thought was quite impressive for a place like Rochester. I am posting this review after 6 months living in our house, and we are extremely grateful for being in this situation. Tiffany has been a true blessing and we are glad to have the opportunity to work with her and her team! We are so thankful for them helping us buy the house of our dreams!

Jason has wonderful expertise in home construction and maintenance. We appreciated being able to ask him any question about the homes we toured, and he always had an answer! Another thing we appreciated about working with Jason was his prompt replies to our communication. We love the home we bought and have full confidence it was a good decision and wise investment.

Hands down the best recommendation we have EVER received! We moved from out of state and we were sent to Tiffany by a friend of ours. This was our third experience buying so we thought we were 'in the know'. Tiffany blew our expectations out of the water with her expertise, taught us some amazing tips for purchasing now and in the future, set us up for success and her communication was also immediate and helpful. Perhaps the most important part however was how much kindness, compassion and support she showed our family. It would be a mistake not to work with her! Thank you Tiffany!

Our home selling experience with Lyn was exemplary, she was always clear & concise with her communications. A strong negotiating voice for Steve & I in any showings & our final sale negotiations. I would highly recommend her to my family & friends.

My husband and I cannot say enough positive things about working with Lyn- she was patient with us and helped guide us along every step of the way. She even recommended a lender that helped get us approved for more than we were originally, which opened up our options! And, when we faced some conflict with the negotiations she really had our backs and advocated for us. Not only was she professional, but she also brought humor and lightheartedness to the process, making it more fun and a lot less stressful. Now, we are in the perfect home to grow our family, all thanks to Lyn!
