She was also very good about keeping us updated throughout the entire selling process, which was nice because we live hours away from where the property we were selling was located. She did great! We had the house sold within a week of putting it on the market for well over asking price. Very happy with how the entire process was handled from beginning to end.

We were selling my dad's house for his estate, I knew very little about the house, the value, condition, location, comparable homes in the area, and Lisa was great at walking me through all of it and made sure we were taking the right steps to selling my dad's house without any issues. Lisa was very responsive and had great energy and positivity, making sure she was always available if I had questions or concerns over the process. And while I have sold a property of my own before, selling a home for an estate was a different scenario, with a different approach, and Lisa made it a very easy process and allowed my siblings, family and myself to focus on being there for each other in our grieving of the loss of our father.
