Katie was great to work with! She was recommended to us through our insurance agent and we couldn't have been more lucky to find her. She was our realtor in the sale of our 2nd home during some of the worst storms in Minneapolis history. She was professional, knowledgeable, and conscientious... even went over to the house to check on it during one of the storms. Our house had multiple offers prior to the open house and was beautifully pictured and presented. Katie was right there every step along the way from helping us sort through the offers to making sure all the paperwork was done correctly for closing. We were done in less than a month. Derek helped me quickly sell my home in Fall 2017. The process was well organized could not have gone smoother. Even though home sales had dipped by the fall... we sold within a week and I got what I wanted. This took very little of my personal time as Derek & his team did all the heavy lifting. Next, Derek patiently helped me search for a new home over the next four months. He was extremely flexible and always got me showings right away. He kept my interests front and center and I never felt any pressure to hurry up. In my case, the seller was in a Contract-for-Deed and they had interesting hiccups that you might consider non-standard. Edina Reality was there to help me get through these challenges and I am extremely happy with the result. Icing on the cake: Derek has a trailer he will let you borrow for moving! I based my decision to use Kristina based upon two factors: 1) Recommendation from a professional mortgage advisor. 2) Her personalized website. Both allowed me to gain some insight to the person she is before we even met. I really liked how Kristina was able to create search profiles for me on MLS and generate email notifications of properties that met my search criteria. Kristina was prompt with responding to email and phone calls, and was very good at reaching out to the sellers agent to get questions answered for me. The processes Kristina used were very efficient and up to date with today's online technologies. I enjoyed the benefit of electronic signatures. The preparation of the purchase agreement and addendums were excellent. Using a realtor with a BA in English is a good thing to have. It was helpful to me that Kristina identified a tool called "Updater" for me to help identify resources that can take care of move and change of address related things. Unlike other realtors that wait for their check at closing and split (never to be heard from again), Kristina continues to be in contact with me, just to make sure things are going OK and to ask if there is anything else she can do. The litmus test will be if I get a Christmas card from her this year.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with Brian. We have purchased and sold 2 homes with Brian and both sales ended up with multiple offers. Brian goes the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients - he was even making calls for us on his wedding day! Most importantly in my opinion, Brian is incredibly honest. At a time when properties were off the market as quickly as they popped up, Derek worked hard to set up showings for us. I never once sensed any frustration from him as my husband and I took up more of his time then we should have. Derek was always kind, helpful, and pleasant through the entire process, before and after the sale.
