we had known Chris thorough the buying and selling of my in-laws houses, and were impressed with him already then. We looked at many houses that Chris recommended and while most of them weren't what we were looking for Chris was always patient and considerate. He was always very responsive to emails, calls, texts, etc. usually always responding the same day within a few hours. Chris was a great Liaison between us and the builder that we chose. He is very professional and very courteous, and was always considerate of our needs. We will definitely work with Chris again in the future!

We came into the housing market during a high season, that being said Chris Lutter made time for our family, assisted us in our home buying process with integrity and knowledge that one could only hope for. What stood out the most to me, is that he is not just there for a profit. As an agent he maintains a healthy balance representing both sides of the coin. Whether it takes 2 houses or 20 he is there respectfully through the process and his knowledge and expertise provides a comfort zone for the buyer. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy a new home. I was very pleased working with Heidi, she was always available to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience of selling my house easier than I thought was possible! She sold my house in 6 days ! I attribute this to her dedication to "getting the job done". Heidi impressed me with how prepared she was to go from listing on a Friday, Open house on Sunday and "closing the deal" on Thursday. My parents saw what a great agent Heidi is and are listing their house with her.
