Two of my sisters sold and bought homes with Judy, so nothing else mattered, she’s the family realtor and the only one we would use in that area. Judy was fantastic. Very patient for over six months due to lots of unforeseen circumstances. Very knowledgeable and I can’t imagine doing it with anyone else. She was up front, very responsive, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Communication from Judy was amazing, nights, weekends, it didn’t matter she responded in minutes. And I texted a lot! Very helpful with information and recommendations for work we needed done prior to sale. Really amazing job. House sold in two days for far more than we thought we would get, so overall perfect experience! A++
