I am a first-time home buyer through the Teacher Next Door program and was originally connected to a different agent. Let's just say that, when my account manager switched me over to working with Sharyn instead, I cried happy tears! It was a night and day difference. Sharyn communicated with me promptly every single step of the way. She did not miss a single opportunity. If not for her, I would not be typing this review from my new home now. It's a competitive market with low inventory in my area. But, with Sharyn's diligence and AMAZING upbeat attitude, my offer was accepted on the very first house. Even though I was personally connected with Sharyn Ahmad through the Teacher Next Door program, I FULLY recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was nothing short of a miracle in my life. She had me connected to listings and scheduled for tours in only a matter of hours of talking to her. But, above all, I am so appreciative of her communication, which was above and beyond my expectations. I was comfortable and confident with her representation and she explained everything to me as we went through the process. Thank you!

We met Jennifer Gregory years ago, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and time again with her thorough knowledge of the local market. Her ability to negotiate to get the best price for us was more than impressive when it came to selling our properties. And when we were looking to buy our "Forever Home", We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Jennifer walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we explain why we thought they should choose us to buy their home. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Jennifer for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Jennifer to them! She is the Best!

Sharyn’s professionalism expertise in her field is unmatched, from the moment we made contact to the point of final sale we were never disappointed. As the market was cooling my wife and I anticipated a much lower starting price but based on Sharyn’s knowledge of the market we decided to except her recommendation of the listing price, which was much higher than what my spouse and I had originally planned. To our great surprise our house sold at a price very near to Sharyn’s recommendation, and her optimistic words mentioned during our initial pricing conversation were realized “let’s not leave any money on the table”. Would definitely retain her services again in the future. It was a pleasure doing business with Sharyn.

Jennifer was able to delicately navigate between the needs of the owner and the buyer. She did an excellent job doing so.

My experience selling my home was made trying by underperforming buyers with lackluster agents that really provided a contrast to the level of knowledge, experience, and overall wonderful spirit that April brings to the table. April is the type of individual that one would want to maintain contact with long after the sale is completed simply because of the joy she brings.
