From beginning to end, Sharyn guided us through the entire process of selling our home. She explained every step in how to sell a house and our property was sold in a short period of time at the price we had hoped for. Sharyn’s professionalism and knowledge of the industry alleviated any concerns and reservations that we had in the beginning and she kept us informed throughout the transaction from the initial post through the closing. We highly recommend Sharyn Crump-Ahmad to anyone looking for a dynamic and trustworthy realtor. Janice and Gregory Williams

Our transaction was particularly difficult due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, but Gabriela and Livia were amazing throughout. They guided us through the process and were always stalwart in standing up for our interests. They also showed a great deal of patience in dealing with us and the buyers. We highly recommend them!

Gary did not have an easy job with us, but he provided all the correct information my family needed and definitely made selling our house a success story. We would recommend him to anyone. He was kind, patient and very informative. He always had time to return texts and phone calls. You feel like a number 1 priority with him.

We couldn’t have picked a more knowledgeable and communicative agent to sell our house. We followed all of her recommendations and let her guide our strategy for the sale, and we closed for more than we thought we could. Her and her team are superstars and work tirelessly to ensure your sale is a success! Would highly recommend!!

This is the second home Sharyn has sold for us. Both experiences, she was very knowledgeable of the market and professional. Her experience got us top dollar for our properties. We can't thank her enough. We would highly recommend her to our closest friends and family.

My Husband and I are so very pleased with the service provided by April. Her comprehensive knowledge of the market, her outstanding communication skills and professionalism were the factors in getting us buyers for the property which we were afraid would be sitting vacant for months. April did a great job in virtually staging the property and working with the buyers' agent to close two months after it was listed.

Gabriella and her team did an excellent job selling our home. They went above and beyond when my husband was hospitalized to help facilitate a repair. They are very knowledgeable about the market and how to price correctly and sell quickly. She was even good humored when my puppy ate her shoe! I highly recommend Gabriella and her team.

Sharyn keeps me laughing with every transaction that we have completed together. She is my go to agent for all real estate matters and as long as I am in business, that will never change. She even helped me with finding a great mortgage company. She really is a true gem.

I am a first-time home buyer through the Teacher Next Door program and was originally connected to a different agent. Let's just say that, when my account manager switched me over to working with Sharyn instead, I cried happy tears! It was a night and day difference. Sharyn communicated with me promptly every single step of the way. She did not miss a single opportunity. If not for her, I would not be typing this review from my new home now. It's a competitive market with low inventory in my area. But, with Sharyn's diligence and AMAZING upbeat attitude, my offer was accepted on the very first house. Even though I was personally connected with Sharyn Ahmad through the Teacher Next Door program, I FULLY recommend her to anyone and everyone. She was nothing short of a miracle in my life. She had me connected to listings and scheduled for tours in only a matter of hours of talking to her. But, above all, I am so appreciative of her communication, which was above and beyond my expectations. I was comfortable and confident with her representation and she explained everything to me as we went through the process. Thank you!
