Kim was excellent, very responsive to our questions, very knowledgeable of the current market. We would absolutely recommend her to any family or friends looking for an agent. Kim ran comps in our neighborhood to come up with a fair price to sell. Kim was always in contact with us. Our first buyers backed out at the last minute, bur Kim didn't waver, she got our home back on the market and sold in a week. At the end we had several offers on our home and Kim explained every offer to us to decide what offer was best for us. Kim always had our best interest in mind and was always at the top of her game.
