Ms. White was very professional from the moment I met her. She explained the entire rental/management process. Ms. White kept me on point of deadlines that needed to be kept in order for my property to be ready by my rental goal date. Her knowledge of what licenses and permits were required helped me tremendously. The process she uses to review applications was very professional. She presented me with applications based on that I was looking for in a tenant. I am very pleased with my tenants. She communicates exceptional well. The day I called Takeya and told her that we were looking to buy and that we had something in mind, she immediately started researching and had information within minutes and got the ball rolling right away. Within days, we were approved and able to have our open house right away. Within hours of the open house, we had offers and under contract shortly. Takeya was available every single day of the process. Whether it was morning, noon or night she would answer the phone, call or text us. She was very pleasant and bubbly and always kept moving us to the finish line. In such a short timeframe my family has sold and bought a house in the same day and we are ready to start our new journey. I don’t know how she does but Takeya is the best at what she does!

She took professional photos of the property and listed it on every listing outlet. Immediately the same day we got hits on the property. Many showed interest as she did showing daily.
