The worst thing that can happen to you when buying or selling a home is to have Ellie on the opposite side of the table. You want Ellie on your team – trust me. She had our house under contract in less than two weeks! Ellie worked incredibly hard to find us the best deal on the greatest house! I recently worked with Kelly on selling my condo and buying my town home. Kelly gave me great tips on how to set up my condo before listing it. She worked with my schedule to make sure everything went as planned. My condo had an offer on it under a week! Kelly was very flexible and understanding when it came to my ideas/wants for my new home. She took me to many homes and sent me homes she thought I might like.
