Third sale using Shelly for about two decades. Bottom line is trust.

Shelly sold a house for us in Alexandria over 7 figures about five years ago in addition to one in Haymarket near two decades ago. Present situation changed and we decided to return to VA to be close to family. Shelly guided us on purchasing our new home west of Port Royal and Skyline Drive. She was an absolute champ as our buying agent, with us still a thousand miles away on Southern Gulf Coast of Fl. Many negotiations and stumbling blocks but she methodically overcame each and every challenge. Her absolute honesty and willingness to invest the time is why she has represented us for a third time. And believe me this sale had its challenges. I would recommend Shelly to anyone, first time buyer to mega retirement mansion. There's a reason she was given all those awards.

Great Selling Experience, Under Contract in 3 Days

Excellent

We purchased and sold the same house with Shelley with positive results. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market. She listened to our needs and expectations and guided us with expertise through the process which in both cases we’re positive experiences. We were moving out of state to a much smaller residence and she was remarkable with helping us find new homes for our furniture. Made our move so much easier. She was always available to answer questions. I only have positive things to say about Shelley. She sold us house in two days! can often be challenging. Great Teammate

If you need a resourceful, honest, hard working, well connected advocate look now further than Shelley. I have used her in five real estate transactions, buying and selling throughout my military career, under some tough situations. Most recently she both found and purchased a property for our family while relocating from a Hawaii duty station. She stepped into a complex funding strategy with NAF Cash (who I do NOT recommend) and battled with less capable listing agents (Jim Gaskil who I would NEVER do any business with) allowing us to go door to door from Hawaii to Haymarket! If the future construct is buyers now have to pay their own agent fees, buy yourself some peace of mind and use Shelley Mastro!
