Kathy is one of those people you meet on accident and within the first 5 minutes you know your life is about to change. With in the first conversation with Kathy she turned my life from Renting the rest of my life to Home ownership. I always thought I would never be able to have a house I could call my own but she QUICKLY showed me how ANYBODY can have their own home and usually cheaper than renting. Like most people now days I didn't know where to start, Well she showed my wife and I Step 1 and let me tell you the ball started rolling.. She took her time and found us exactly what we need, wanted and could afford. We are in a bigger house, and we pay $300 a month cheaper (Including escrow!) I would HIGHLY recommend Kathy to anybody.. I can tell you the dealings with her are more than pleasant, She will treat you like family. You will also meet her husband too in the process, That guy is a gift from God also. If you do not use Kathy when buying a house you have picked the wrong person!

Ken works around my work schedule, which can be rather hectic, and takes my calls well into the evening and on weekends outside of typical business hours.
