From the Very beginning of contact with Sabrina (she answered the phone) she has been Extremely professional, Knowledgeable, and willing to go the Extra mile. She has given over 100% of her time and energy towards the sale of our home while keeping us abreast of Everything that was happening as we received A LOT of traffic. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Pam! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the New Bern area and especially the waterfront homes/lots we were looking at. Pam and her team were always there for us. Pam listened to our needs for a property that would suit our unique needs. Once we found the property we fell in love with and knew would be perfect for our Paws of War Training and Community Center, we had to get it zoned properly. This process started in Jan and ended in Jun. Pam was with us every step of the way and ensured that we did not lose the property while going through this process. She is very knowledgeable and not afraid to work to get everyone on board. Pam and her team understand and believe in our mission. They have provided our nonprofit with generous donations through a fundraising event and even donating a portion of their commission in order to help our program continue to help Veterans and their dogs. Cannot say enough good things about Barbara. As a New Bern native Barbara knows the area like the back of her hand. She can tell you more than just the price of a house, she can explain the value of its location, builder, school district, etc. Barbara worked extremely hard for my husband and me. She negotiated above and beyond what I even thought was possible! Extremely knowledgeable about real estate and passionate about her clients.
