We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Pam! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the New Bern area and especially the waterfront homes/lots we were looking at. From the very beginning, Pam was honest, trustworthy, and always acted with such integrity. She felt like family. She was always available when we needed her and answered our calls and questions every step of the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but Pam made the entire process so much easier and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. We absolutely love our new home and are so thankful Pam was there to help us find it!

Pam and her team were always there for us. Pam listened to our needs for a property that would suit our unique needs. Once we found the property we fell in love with and knew would be perfect for our Paws of War Training and Community Center, we had to get it zoned properly. This process started in Jan and ended in Jun. Pam was with us every step of the way and ensured that we did not lose the property while going through this process. She is very knowledgeable and not afraid to work to get everyone on board. Pam and her team understand and believe in our mission. They have provided our nonprofit with generous donations through a fundraising event and even donating a portion of their commission in order to help our program continue to help Veterans and their dogs.
