My wife and I meet Lindsey when we were getting one of our rental properties ready to sell, she was redoing the house across the street and though she was not our agent she came over and looked at our project, gave some insight as to how to do some of the items we had not decided to do yet. Gave us an honest opinion and when she told us what we could get for ours we decided then to let her sell it, she did and in one day full asking price.
