Importantly, she has an eagle eye for seeing the complex work that would need to be done to an older home, as well as construction quality for a new build home. If a buyer needs a roofer estimate, landscaping estimate or any advice, she knows who to call and gets the necessary experts there quickly. Her communication skills and timeliness of that communication are second to none. Lindsay Kent knows all of the ins and outs of contracts. She will be by her client’s side 100 percent.
