Cathy is the absolute best residential real estate agent, bar none! In my professional career I have worked with so many real estate agents over the years and Cathy was such a pleasure to work in my personal search for a new home. Cathy is the perfect balance of being the consummate professional and became a friend who provided me with guidance and honest assessments of each of the many homes she showed me. She was extremely patient in my picky search for the perfect home. It undoubtedly was Cathy's expansive and strong relationship and reputation in the real estate community that helped me negotiate a great purchase price and allowed me to have one of the easiest and quickest closings ever! I am forever grateful that life allowed for our happenstance meeting. Thank you so much Cathy for finding and getting what is now my new home under contract within 24 hours of having me see it.
