Pete shared with me a screen showing all of like condos within 5 miles of my unit. He then followed with the same screen showing how many actually sold in the previous 60 days. It was an eye opener. He is a true pro. Presents in a truly professional manner. Anyone would be well served using him to be your representative!

Pete Martinsen went out of his way to help make the sale of my elderly mothers condo unit as seamless as possible. He offered excellent advise and obviously knows his market very well as the unit sold much quicker than we thought it would due to his recommendations and advise.

I recently had the privilege to work with Pete on the sale of my Parents condo. As a licensed real estate broker in two other states, I understand the importance of a knowledgeable, dedicated broker to navigate in this ever changing real estate market. Pete was not only professional, but kind and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the weight off our shoulders and was persistent in getting the job done smoothly.

After nearly 7 months on the market with our condo and previous agent we signed with Pete as nothing was happening. It took a few months due to market conditions but Pete was able to broker a deal for us. Very thankful it all came together.

Third house so far bought and sold with Pete, and that's for good reason. Every time has been seamless effort in finding exactly what we were looking for, and getting into every house we were interested in very quickly. Pete is always responsive and proactive throughout the entire process and would never consider using anyone else.

We got the deal done despite some tough hurdles thanks to our agent’s perseverance, patience, negotiating skills and knowledge. If you want an agent that is honest and hard working call on Pete!

Pete is the agent you didn’t know you needed until you start working with him. His knowledge about real estate and the Palm Beach county is unmatched. His kind, friendly, honest and positive personality are so welcomed during the housing journey. If you’re looking for an agent who gets deal done, and gets them done right and above expectations, I would highly suggest seeking out Pete and no one else. I have worked with Pete more than once and am so happy I found him.

I can't begin to explain the level of personal care and efforts made throughout this whole process. I was not only able to get everything done quickly, but was able to get more money than I expected to. I would never go with anyone else when buying or selling a home in the future. If you want minimal stress with maximal return, this is where you need to go!

Very professional, courteous, he follows the customers wishes. Peter sold my villa in less than a month. Was gracious and patient with me because my computer, online skills are not up to par. Always kept me informed on any progress. It was reassuring that I was confident that Peter would be courteous to all people involved in the sale. I would 100% recommend him as a realtor

Joe was a wonderful Realitor to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, was always able to answer our questions in a timely fashion. Joe was able to negotiate a very good price for us. I definitely would recommend him and I will use him again.
