The day my husband and I met Ray was a bright day for us. Besides moving we had a lot going on and needed something NOT to be stressful. Ray, put us at ease Immediately!!!! He explained start to finish what the process would be, he showed us where we stood as far as comps. in our area, we left his office feeling very confident we made the right choice in choosing Ray to represent us in the sale of our home moving forward. The next day Ray came to our home with a professional photographer. The photos were beautiful!!!! Our house stood out on the MLS and we had a lot of potential buyers, right away!!! We hired Ray Brown because of his knowledge of the market, his marketing plan and his personable nature. Many real estate agents just list your home on the local Multiple Listing Service, but Ray goes much beyond that with his marketing plan. Our home sold for what we wanted and in a very short time. Because we were in the process of building a new home, we needed equity from our current home. We also needed to avoid a two mortgage situation. He sold our Keller Home in Jackson Creek Monument in plenty of time to accomplish our goals. If we ever sell our current new build, we will hire Ray to do the job.

Over the years, I have used several real estate agents. Ray is the best I've ever worked with. I an industry of "salesman" who will tell you what ever you want to hear just to get the listing or sale, he will actually tell you the truth even if it's not what you want to hear. We thought we wanted a house - he told us that it would not only be hard to re-sale later, but we might not get our money back. Then he added (kindly) if you're in love with this house, I'll have to step down and let you find another realtor. That blew me away - he was ready to walk from an easy commission check. Ray took the time to listen to what we needed from our property in CO.
