I’m originally from Alaska, but grew up between Alaska, California and Oregon. A child of gypsies (just kidding), I learned to fear nothing and decided to join the US Navy at 17 years old to work in the classified sector. Serving was one of the best decisions I ever made and I salute those who’ve made the same sacrifice for their country. After serving honorably, I was offered a full academic ride to George Washington University in Washington DC where I finished my degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Conflict & Security, minoring in International Politics. With my degree in hand, I continued working with the Department of Defense in various capacities. As family life began to pick-up I decided to put my analysis and communication skills to work as a realtor. Granted, I’m not your average realtor, but I like that! If you choose to work with me you’ll find that I stick to my roots and tend to be quite direct, organized and really do focus on exceeding your objectives. Tava is the best! (seriously)

We found Tava quite by accident. We were new to the area and were looking around for someone to talk to about renting (yes, renting). Tava was the only one that returned our call. We ended up renting with a different agency, but Tava kept in touch with us. She wasn't asking us to buy a house, just checking in and asking how we like Colorado Springs. A year later, when we decided to purchase, she was the obvious go-to choice. We've owned and sold homes in Indiana and Georgia; our experience with Tava was literally the best (not hyperbole). Tava listened and really got to know what we were looking for. We are SO glad we met her. Once, we thought we had found our house and had a home inspection. About halfway through the inspection, Tava told us that this wasn't our house (for a variety of reasons), and she was right! When looking for a Realtor, there will be no better choice than Tava. I promise, you'll thank me later.

Incredible Expertise and Support from Tava

I cannot recommend Tava highly enough! As a first-time home buyer, I was understandably nervous and overwhelmed, but Tava guided me through every step of the process with incredible expertise, kindness and patience. Tava's knowledge of home construction is truly vast and sets her apart from other agents. She pointed out both the positive aspects and potential issues of each property we visited, which was invaluable in helping me make informed decisions. She was always incredibly attentive, supportive, and caring, promptly answering my many, MANY questions and addressing any concerns I had. Works well under pressure

Tava understood that I had a short timeframe and everything would be fast and intense. We looked at 6 homes in 32 hours. We were under contract in less than 72 hours of knowing each other. Tava understood what I wanted and needed in the home, and at the closing table. She fought for everything I asked if the seller. She made sure I got a great deal and inspection items were addressed. During the process she juggled me and caring for her family at the same time. I was closed in 3 weeks which is exactly the timeline I communicated in the beginning. I highly recommend Tava. Great energy, professionalism and tenacity that it takes to get the sale done.

Superior communication.

Purchasing my home in COS was flawlessly all because of how incredible Tava is. Because of Tava my wife and I never felt stressed or pressured into anything. Tava gave us her undivided attention and showed true care for not only our purchase but quality of life to our family. Tava went above and beyond to offer support and understanding as much as needed and provided so much clarification without ever seeming bothered. Beyond amazing

I can’t express how amazing Tava was. I was relocating from out of state and was extremely nervous about moving to a state I was unfamiliar with. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home in the perfect location. She helped ease my anxiety every step of the way. I can’t express enough how thankful I am that Tava was my realtor. If ever I need another realtor, I don’t think anyone else could live up to the expectations that Tava set.
