Ted Bachara is a most professional realtor who displayed full professionalism in his business dealings with us. His real estate acumen in a seller’s market, representing the buyer, is bar none. When we finally saw a suitable property we wanted to buy, Ted worked relentlessly to close the contract under our chosen terms. We would work with Ted again in a heartbeat should we decide to sell once again in the near future.

Ted and his assistant Janet were beyond helpful during my home buying process. They were always eager to help in any way they could and provided immediate responses to any of my questions, even after closing. Although I am certainly in no rush to sell my new home I will definitely be calling on Ted to help me sell when that time comes.

Terry was great!!! She was very acknowledged in how to stage the house and she had it sold in under 12 days. She was in contact with us and answered any questions that we had. I would and have suggested her to my neighbors, who is moving next year. We are moving out of state and she closed my home first thing in the morning and had my new home close that same day in the evening. WOW!!!! She was just amazing, I would highly recommend her for any of your needs. Thanks Terry, you seemed more like a friend, than an agent!

Steve Inman helped my husband and I find our first home. The experience could not have gone better; I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home. I was a little terrified to go into this hot selling market in search of our first home to call our own. Steve led the way for us with professionalism and ease. He was determined to find us just what were looking for. He was punctual, kind, and trustworthy. He listened to what we wanted and really got to know us so that he could guide us to the perfect home. In a stressful situation, he remained calm and put us at ease- was not pushy at all. We ended up with a more than perfect home for our family, and I owe a lot of that to Steve. If you are looking for a good realtor, look no further.

I was very anxious about selling my existing home and purchasing a new one. It had been 28 years since my last purchase. Ted is extremely knowledgeable and put my fears to rest. Ted and his staff were wonderful to work with and were there for every step of the process. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new home or sell an existing one to talk to Ted.

I am a skeptic, just ask Ted Bachara, as he was on the receiving end of that skepticism the first day we met. However, Ted is informative, optimistic, straightforward, and persuasive. He made my husband and I know that he came to our home -- during the interview -- that he came to get the job done. Ted did just that. Working with Ted and Janet (Ted's awesome assistant) was a real pleasure: knowledgeable, responsive, organize, and they made everything so easy for us. We sincerely could not have asked for a better agent than Ted. We sold our home in one day!! Ted Bachara is the man!

Steve was very helpful in helping me sell my house. He took a personal interest by helping me stage the house, doing yard work, and general upkeep. He communicated with me on a regular basis to keep me up with the process. He ran two open houses and published my info in the newspaper real estate section. He advised on renovation projects and connected me with a good handyman. I would recommend Steve to anyone interested in selling a house.

Can't say enough great things about Ted Bachara. He talked us through selling our first house, got it on the market quickly, and we ended up getting more than our asking price. I feel like Ted's team went above and beyond and took great care of us. Excellent team.

I'm so amazed with Ted and his staff member Janet. They were so amazing selling our house. He hires a professional stager and photographer. He always called to check in on us and make sure things were still going well. He has a better incentive program for military than USAA. We also got more money than we thought we'd get. He is very informative when he talks with you, making sure you understand everything completely. He is very professional. I can't say enough good things about him really. Just interview him and you won't be sorry.

Our experience with Ted Bachara was absolutely amazing! We went through the entire process without ever even meeting face to face. I was unable to make it to Colorado for any of the paperwork so I literally trust Ted with the entire process! Fro. Day one to closing, Ted and his group worked hard to sell my property at the best value for me! I would definitely recommend Ted to anyone wantingredients to sell their home. He will get it done and he always had us in mind. Thank you again Ted for everything you guys did for us!!!
