Ted & his team were excellent. Ted has extensive knowledge about the home buying process & local properties and shares freely. He was quick to respond to all our inquiries and procured a viewing for us on a house that had been listed only 2-hours before. We got the house. Enough said? For a very tight sellers market, Ted's connections came in clutch when we wanted to find out more about a property. He worked weekends and provided wonderful coffee & popcorn for every meeting. I believe it was due to Ted & his team that we had a very smooth first home buying experience. Ted helped us understand the process from beginning to end and was able to shortcut some common first-time-home buyer missteps. Buying a home (especially for the first time) can be nerve wracking. Having a solid realtor took the edge off, in our experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We've had great experience with Alan in both our home selling and buying process. He was so patient with us as we looked at home after home trying to find the right one for our needs. He gave us good advice on topics that we were inexperienced with. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Corina worked with us for 5 months to find the right house for our family. Her expertise, experience, patience and knowledge made the house hunting process that much more pleasurable, not to mention her great sense of humor! We were so thankful to have worked with her. Our family can’t wait to invite her to our newly remodeled home.

We have used Terry Naber twice on different realty transactions. 1. As a buyer of a new home and 2. As a seller of the home. Terry is very professional and easy to work with.

I chose Steve as my Relator because when I first moved to the area it was difficult to find a home to rent. Steve took his time doing research of the area and found some wonderful homes to rent while I decided if I wanted to buy. He took full day out of a three day weekend to show my son and I around and gave us some great advise about the areas of each home we viewed. When we decided to purchase a home, Steve went the extra mile the whole way through the process. He was bale to negotiate a great deal on my wonderful home. It was unlikely that with our budget we would be able to get it. With his negotiation we not only were able to get the home but also enough concessions that there were no closing costs to pay. I would highly recommend Steve Inman to anyone wanting to buy a home.

I have known Steve for nearly 30 years and when we were ready to sell our home we didn't hesitate to hire him as our realtor. He was in constant communication with us through the entire process and provided services above and beyond what we expected. We were out of town during a snowstorm and Steve shoveled our drive so prospective buyers access our home. He helped us price the home right so we were under contract sooner than expected. We not hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Colorado Springs.

Terry helped me sell my home. Shen went to Walmart with me when I had to stage my home and helped me pickup items. When I had to fix things, Terry and Jennifer arranged all the handyman themselves. When I had to deal with contractor, Terry herself came and help me talked to him. Terry's team is great and she is very knowledgeable in real estate laws. I would recommend Terry to everyone. She is very dedicated.
