Kristen did a fantastic job for us…..and our situation was not easy! I’m a Realtor in NC, and my son is active-duty military stationed overseas. None of us set foot in Aurora but he needed to buy a house there. Kristen spent huge amounts of time making videos to share and discuss with all of us. She communicated well over multiple time zones. She wrote four offers before my son finally got a house…..and that success came because Kristen forged good relationships with listing agents so when another buyer failed to qualify, we were able to step in and get the house before it went back on the market for another bidding war.
