Raman just helped my girlfriend and I buy our first home and we can’t recommend him enough. He is super knowledgeable when it comes to the new build market! A lot of our past agents didn’t know the amount of info he knew. We knew nothing about buying a new construction home especially what goes in behind the scenes, and Raman was incredibly helpful made sure we completely understood every step of the process, he even hired an engineer to go through the process of the foundation! Stuff the builder didn’t even explain! He went the extra mile for us in ever way and was on top of everything - keeping us in the loop anytime something came us and going to bat for us to get us the best deal possible and resolve issues after new build home orientation. I know there are a ton of realtors in the market esp. Denver but make sure you team up with Raman Sharma! Though he is on a top producing team … he him self brings a lot to the table just by him self!

Kristen is an excellent realtor. She listened and worked with her client very closely to get things done in timely manner. She very smart and knowledgeable on documentation and helped tittle company. This lessen the stress on my part to deal with them. My house sold quickly and the process has been seamless. Information passed on to me quickly and she updated me constantly. She gave me quick reminder if I didn’t remember to sign something. She is very proactive and prepare her client ahead of time. She is very caring and kind also. I was fortunate to own and had sold a couple houses and couple condos in the past. Believe me if you have experiences deal with a few other realtors like I did you would appreciate Kristen’s professionalism, integrity, especially taking care of her client’s house as her own.
