Jeanne is an awesome agent and great person. She made the search process so easy. I am from out of state and in the beginning she would facetime me to walk through some houses. She gave honest feedback about various areas and what I was looking for. We toured a bunch of houses on my trip from Denver and I feel she really listened to what I was looking for and understood to be able to maximize the time I had in Denver by only showing houses that seemed to fit the bill . I ended up buying a new build and Jeanne was there for the "Tape Party" as my second set of eyes, and stood in for me during my final walk through and collecting the keys so that I didn't have to fly back to Denver again. She was with me every step of the way. She has been there to help with questions or issues (like the huge hail storm a few days after I moved in). She is not just a real estate agent she has become my first friend in Colorado. Like I said wonderful agent and great person! I would highly recommend Jeanne she is awesome!

We were nervous and knew nothing as first-time home buyers, but Nick was there every step of the way to guide us through this process, even before selecting him as our Realtor. Nick started with an in-depth sit-down meeting where we set-up our parameters and were able to ask any and all questions. He then was able to adjust that on the fly and respected all our wishes and timeline, especially when it got more aggressive and we were going to multiple properties per day for several days. The very few times that Nick could not make a showing, he quickly got a great person there to meet us instead and followed-up afterwards. Nick was also a great communicator through multiple offers and provided superb insight into what he believed would be competitive without being pushy at all. We felt exceptionally cared for by Nick throughout every step of the way and would recommend him to anyone looking for the best home for whatever stage of life they are in.

Jeanne really listened to what we wanted and had our best interest in mind throughout the process. This was our first home purchase and Jeanne helped us with every step. We were able to ask all of the questions. Once we found the perfect home Jeanne helped advise on the different options we had along the way and ensured we had the knowledge we needed to make the best decisions. After closing Jeanne stayed in touch to ensure the home met our expectations and was knowledgeable about great resources as we renovated our home. If we ever plan to sell our home/buy a new home Jeanne will be our first call.

My girlfriend and I hired Landon as our buyers agent because he knew all kinds of tricks to help get offers approved and help get extra cash out of the seller; so it sounded like he would know how to 'work the system' to our benefit. After looking at several homes we found one we really liked and Landon helped us put together our offer. He found out that the home had been under contract previously by an investment company who backed out at the last minute, so even though our offer was at asking he was able to sweeten the deal for the seller by including language that we would turn everything around in two weeks. In the end, we got the home we wanted for asking price and the entire process from first starting to look to moving in was only 1 month! Landon continues to help us negotiate with the seller HOA to fix existing damages and I feel he is a resource to help us with all manner of new home owner questions we have. I would highly recommend Landon, especially to any other first time home buyers like us!
