He was deliberate in getting to know our family and the fact that we had school-aged children. His knowledge of every neighborhood was instrumental in helping us find one in which the school district was highly rated. The Market in the area was moving very fast and Chris made himself available to show us a number of homes on the same day. We contacted Chris originally due to seeing his other prior listings in the area, and liked the way properties were presented. His listings also seemed to sell rather quickly and that was important in our situation. Our house actually listed for somewhat more than we had anticipated and then sold to the first buyers to look at it. Very helpful after that point was the fact that Chris was there with suggestions for any services needed to complete the sales process, such as contractors for minor repairs, etc. In case of anything required to make the sale as simple as possible, he would show up when needed or make the contacts necessary.
