We met Sunny in 1997 when she was helping our son and wife sell their small house in Littleton and purchase a bigger house in Parker. We were impressed on how professional she was handling both the selling and purchase of this real-estate transaction. A couple years later (again being very professional) she helped them sell their Parker residence and purchase a larger house in Highlands Ranch. In 2000 we turned to Sunny to sell our house in Centennial and purchase a new residence in Littleton (TrailMark). Since then, with the help of Sunny, we have purchased and sold three additional homes in this neighborhood. Also, Sunny helped our youngest son purchase his first house in Denver. We consider Sunny to be very professional, honest, hard working, committed to her profession, plus very community minded. In this community she has sponsored our annual garage sell, 4th of July parade with activities, American Flag display at the entrance for different holidays and the community food drive. We were introduced to Damon through a recommendation of a work colleague/friend, whom we know only has the highest standards when it comes to business professionals. They were impressed with how analytical Damon approached the marketing and pricing of their home due to his appraisal background. From our first meeting with Damon, we could see we were working with a true expert in his field, not somebody who just became a realtor because the market was hot. His analysis of our home, the market, and our local competitors was spot on. When we sat down for his marketing presentation, you could easily follow his logical and data-based discussion of how to price the home for quick movement, and making sure he had the facts so the appraisal would come in without a hitch. He was spot on because the first couple who saw our house made an offer! I know that is not the norm, but I feel confident that Damon can sell in a hot or cold market based on his skills. I have had relationships with about 4 realtors in the past and never felt I got my value for what I paid- Damon is the first one to every over-deliver and give the rest of the real estate professionals a good name. He was always attentive to our every need with his great assistant Christine, and we always felt we were in capable hands. He also recommended a realtor in the state where we were moving to. I was skeptical of the recommendation at first, but she helped us as much as he did and we are getting a home of our dreams here!

We bought our first house with the help of Chris plant in March 2016. As a first time home buyer we had no idea how things go and Chris was there to answer our questions so quickly . He replied to our emails and text messages right away . We looked at a coulple of houses and he never rushed us to buy any of them, and he even told us when he noticed wetness in the basement of one of the houses . We were re-locating from out of state, when we discovered Chris Plant. To help us find a home, he immediately asked us to describe to him what we were looking for in a home-every detail was explored such as bedrooms, living space, number of bathrooms, and garage spaces. He was deliberate in getting to know our family and the fact that we had school-aged children. His knowledge of every neighborhood was instrumental in helping us find one in which the school district was highly rated. The Market in the area was moving very fast and Chris made himself available to show us a number of homes on the same day. He also shared his expertise in helping us to evaluate each home and pointing out things that would either help us get value out of it if we were ever to sell, or things that would limit our ability to sell it at a later date. The most important attribute of Chris for us was his patience. We worked with him for almost 6 months and never did his efforts waiver. He also never pressured us to buy a home until we were ready and had really found the one we liked. I would recommend Chris Plant to anyone who is wanting to buy a home or who wants to sell a home. We contacted Chris originally due to seeing his other prior listings in the area, and liked the way properties were presented. His listings also seemed to sell rather quickly and that was important in our situation. Our house actually listed for somewhat more than we had anticipated and then sold to the first buyers to look at it. Very helpful after that point was the fact that Chris was there with suggestions for any services needed to complete the sales process, such as contractors for minor repairs, etc. In case of anything required to make the sale as simple as possible, he would show up when needed or make the contacts necessary.
