My husband and I were first time home buyers which can be very daunting especially in this market. Dane came recommended to us from a mutual contact and we couldn't be more thankful! Very responsive and professional. His quick actions in finding the property allowed us to submit a contract the same day. Walked through the property and provided thorough knowledge of all systems. Closing went very smooth considering the nature of the sale and the way we wanted the property titled. Stepped in when necessary to assist with title documents without hesitation.
