Debby’s been my realtor for the past 8 years and she’s helped me buy two of my homes and four rental properties in the denver area plus she got my last house sold so I’ve done a lot of wheeling and dealing with her. She makes the buying and selling process seamless and I love her upbeat bubbly personality which makes me look forward to working with her again. She has a yes I can attitude and has always treated me as if I’m her #1 priority which involves going above and beyond when I have requests or concerns. She has an incredible team for when you’re on the selling end including her home stager, photographer, marketing professional and I think there were a couple others too that I’m forgetting but they were all top level niche pros who helped me get max dollar for my last home. And when you’re on the buying end that’s when her people person personality comes into play for your benefit. I’m not sure I would have gotten this new dream home of mine if it weren’t for Debby’s perseverance and special way with people as I had lost out on the first round of bids at no fault of Deb’s..seller’s agent was a bit of a kook but sure enough she pulled through and got the seller to accept my first offer without the house going back on market. Home buying & selling can be one of the most stressful events a person ever goes through and Debby knows how to make it as pain-free as possible.
