Not only is Damon a consummate agent, he is a wonderful person. Damon used his knowledge to assure we were purchasing a home that would fill our needs and be a wise investment. Our house sold in less than 24 hours
Our house sold in less than 24 hours. The photos Katie took and the description helped buyers select our house to view. We were kept informed with every step and felt that she was truly working for our best interest. We highly recommend Katie. But be sure you really want your house to sale or you really want to buy because she will work to make your dream come true

Wonderful experience
I would recommend Katie to any of my friends and family for any of their real-estate needs. She is very knowledgeable, gets back to you in a timely manner, answers any questions that you might have, and makes sure the entire process runs smoothly. The Best Realtor in Coloado
My husband & I buy and sell lots of real estate is many states. We tried several realtors in the state of Colorado only to have zero luck! Not happy or successful at purchasing the properties we wanted. I feel so blessed when we found Damon not only has he helped us with the purchase of properties he has also helped us with the sale of a property. He is very very knowledgeable about the real estate business. He has an extremely caring heart and took care of my 96-year-old grandma when we were selling the house she was living in.
