Chris is very reliable; he was willing to accommodate last minute requests and shows up on time every time for showings or meetings. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and was always looking out for our best interest whether it was looking for potential pit falls at a showing or even spotting things at closing and contract review. Justin worked hard to get us the house we wanted against some seriously stiff competition and kept us from spending a ton to get it. Seller wanted a bidding war after getting 4 total offers right after listing, and we ended up with the house despite NOT bidding the highest. 100% I would recommend Justin to anyone in the area looking for an agent. He is professional, knowledgeable, well connected, present for everything, trustworthy, and prompt. He is also an Architect, so really knows construction.
