I have to say that Laura “hit it out of the park “ finding me a perfect location in Gainesville. I explained what I wanted. She listened. When i decided to make an offer…she stayed with me after I purchased it …AND help me find out about my new town. She really went the extra mile. Even let the delivery folks in when I bought a washer and dryer before I came to town ! Look no further if you want a caring, and extremely knowledgeable Gainesville/Newberry real estate professional.

Laura is wonderful to work with. She is trustworthy and gives you the advice you need and not just what you want to hear which is very important in this market. You also know that Laura is on your side during the negotiations. Laura is also really easy to communicate with. She either answers your call immediately or lets you know she'll call you back. Finally, I would absolutely recommended hiring Laura and would definitely work with her again. Thanks Laura!

We came to have Laura Javidi as our realtor...
We came to have Laura Javidi as our realtor almost on accident, when I overheard her talking about real estate with a couple next to me at our gym. I couldn't be more thrilled with how things worked out! Laura is the perfect agent. She was easygoing and always friendly, but also very honest and no-nonsense when she needed to be. If something didn't seem right with a home we visited, she was extremely intuitive and quick to point it out. Most importantly, Laura was ALWAYS available, which was so important in the current market (where houses sell within HOURS of listing). She was just a text or an email away, and often responded within minutes, no matter the time of day. I really feel that without her, we wouldn't have been fast enough to grab up our dream home when it appeared. Another thing about Laura (and Pepine Realty in general) was that she was very well connected. She knows many of the other agents in the area, and worked seamlessly with the seller to address any issues that came up with the inspection and closing. In addition, she was able to recommend some REALLY good vendors for inspections, electrical work, handymen, etc., all of whom have been excellent to work with after acquiring our home. In summary, I can't recommend Laura highly enough. Her honesty, experience, availability, work ethic, and ability to negotiate were absolutely on-point in the current housing market. We couldn't have gotten our dream home without her!
