Kim made the entire process of finding a new place to live for me and my brother completely painless even with the market being as crazy as it has lately . This was our best real estate experience ever and Juhi deserves the credit for it. We have never had a realtor work for us like she did. She always had clear answers to our questions and even had answers when we didn't realize that we SHOULD have questions. She knows people who can clean, paint, repair, install, etc and her recommendations for these services were stellar. In many cases she even coordinated the work for us. It's obvious that Juhi loves what she does and she's all about customer service. We feel that she went above and beyond for us. We are so very pleased with her work and highly recommend her.

It sounds basic but where Taylor really shines compared to most other agents is in his responsiveness to texts, emails or phone calls. It is almost always immediate. Taylor has great attention to detail. He had my property professionally cleaned and photographed twice. He has access to great and affordable contractors if needed. Taylor understands and is knowledgeable about the local market including HOA communities like Heather Gardens. He is a skilled negotiator on both the buying and selling sides of real estate transactions and helps his client get the most for their property. Most importantly HE GETS RESULTS!
