We received a very nice mailing piece from Joan, and had seen her “sold” signs in our neighborhood. We had spoken with another agent we had used in the past, but could tell he wasn’t familiar enough with the wonderful uniqueness that is Bell Mountain Ranch. After meeting Joan in person we couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else with the sale of our home. She put us at ease immediately with her knowledge of our area, and friendly professional style. Her suggestions for getting our home ready to sell were spot on. She really has a decorators eye. During the selling process she checked in weekly, and always followed up with us after a showing. Joan gets things done whether helping you deal with a repair issue or a decorating idea. She did special marketing for us, and always had ideas and people to suggest for help when we needed it.
