Michael is by far the best real estate agent Ivy and I could have asked for. We recently relocated from Houston to Denver, and Michael went above and beyond to learn our preferences as well as educate us on the various areas within Denver. We knew nothing about Denver, but Michael was always very honest with us which led me to trust his opinions more than any other real estate agent I have worked with. Never once did Ivy and I feel rushed or persuaded by Michael, which allowed us the time settle on the perfect home. He truly has the buyer’s best interest in mind and won’t settle for less just to close a deal. One thing that really stood out about Michael before I had met him in person, was that he created a driving tour of different areas for my family and I to do leisurely. The tour included multiple houses in the market that were representative of our budget and the style of housing for that area. The tours also included shopping/coffee/dining/parks that were in the area. This was a really neat way that helped us settle on a general area. We had not asked for this driving tour, so I was very impressed that Michael offered it up before we had even met him. If you do not have a realtor yet, Michael is a must!
